Oneリート投資法人が、「コンフォート名古屋栄駅前」を取得する。本投資法人のホテルの取得は初めて。2024年8月期決算発表時にオフィス以外の用途の取得を検討していることを発表。またスポンサーであるみずほ信託銀行グループも、本投資法人の成長を目的にホテルの情報提供等サポートを強化することを発表していた。 物件は、名古屋市営地下鉄栄駅より徒歩1分に位置する、2014年竣工の宿泊特化型ホテル。総客室数240室。取得額は77.4億円。ホテル運営会社のグリーンズとGOP連動の変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結する。 これに伴い第24期（2025年8月期）業績予想を修正。本物件取得による賃貸収益増加を反映し、12月に公表した業績予想に対し4.5％増益を見込む。234百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は8,000円と4.7％増となる見通し。
