Oneリート投資法人が、「MY熊本ビル」を売却する。 物件は、熊本市に所在する、1987年竣工のオフィスビル。築36年が経過し、今後修繕費の増加が想定されることから、売却を決定した。売却額は18.7億円。売却先は九州電力の子会社。2期に分割して売却する。 これに伴い業績予想を修正。第23期（2025年2月期）は、MY熊本ビルの準共有持分45％を売却する。物件売却益329百万円計上により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し21.6％増益を見込む。売却益のうち207百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は7,020円と9.5％増となる見通し。 MY熊本ビルの残り準共有持分55％は、第24期（2025年8月期）に売却する。業績予想は10月公表予定の第22期（2024年8月期）決算にて併せて公表する予定。
