Oneリート投資法人が、第20期（2023年8月期）決算を発表した。 第20期における物件取得はなし。フリーレントを反映した実質的な期中平均稼働率96.1％と前期より0.4ポイント上昇した。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与したが、固都税や減価償却費、支払利息等の増加により、前期比0.3％減益。1口当たり分配金は6,821円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは32物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,236億円、有利子負債比率は48.6％。 第21期（2024年2月期）は、フリーレントを反映した実質的な期中平均稼働率が96.2％と前期より0.1ポイント上昇する想定。一部テナント退去による減収、修繕費や支払利息の増加により、前期比3.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,580円となる見通し。 第22期（2024年8月期）は、フリーレントを反映した実質的な期中平均稼働率が95.3％と前期予想より0.9ポイント低下する想定。修繕費が減少する一方、賃貸収入の減少、水道光熱費の増加により、前期予想比2.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,410円となる見通し。
