Oneリート投資法人が、第18期（2022年8月期）決算を発表した。 第18期における物件取得はなし。期中平均稼働率は97.9％と前期より0.3ポイント低下した。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、固都税や管理費、資産運用報酬の増加により、前期比4.3％減益。業績予想に対し3.1％増益となっが、内部留保取崩額を予定より減額し、1口当たり分配金は7,120円と予想値と同額とした。 期末のポートフォリオは31物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,199億円、有利子負債比率は47.1％。 第19期（2023年2月期）は、期中平均稼働率97.9％、フリーレントを反映した実質平均稼働率は95.4％へ低下する想定。テナント入替えに伴う空室やフリーレント発生による減収や電気料金の増加により、前期比5.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,600円となる見通し。 第20期（2023年8月期）は、期中平均稼働率97.8％、フリーレントを反映した実質平均稼働率は95.0％へ低下する想定。引き続き電気料金の増加により、前期予想比8.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,030円となる見通し。
