Oneリート投資法人が、第14期（2020年8月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は「MY厚木ビル」を売却。オフィスビルの賃料増額改定や修繕費の減少により、前期比1.4％増益。1口当たり分配金は7,994円となった。 コロナ禍の影響で、商業施設の賃料減額要請を受けたが、想定以下に収まり、業績への影響は限定的であった。 期末のポートフォリオは25物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,022億円、有利子負債比率は45.7％。 第15期（2021年2月期）は、前期の物件売却益の反動減に伴い、前期比7.2％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,420円となる見通し。 第16期（2021年8月期）は、コロナ禍の影響に伴う空室期間の長期化を想定し、平均稼働率を97.5％と保守的に見積もる。これにより前期予想比3.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,150円となる見通し。 引き続き中規模のオフィスビルを重点対象とし、物件入替えを継続しながら、東京圏の投資比率を高め、中期的に資産規模2,000億円を目指す。なお、当面商業施設は取得しない方針。
