Oneリート投資法人が、第13期（2020年2月期）決算を発表した。 第13期は「西五反田102ビル」を取得する一方、「CP10ビル」を売却した。賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益140百万円が寄与し、前期比11.5％増益。1口当たり分配金は7,889円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは26物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は1,035億円、有利子負債比率は45.7％。 第14期（2020年8月期）は「MY厚木ビル」を売却。売却益の減少に加え、新型コロナウイルスの影響により一定の退去を見込み、28百万円の減収を想定。これにより前期比1.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,750円となる見通し。 第15期（2021年2月期）は、引き続き新型コロナウイルスの影響により20百万円の減収を想定。また前期の物件売却益の反動減により、前期予想比7.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は7,140円となる見通し。 なお、新型コロナウイルスの影響から、商業施設の飲食系テナントより賃料減額要請も出ており、テナント個別の状況に応じて対応を検討していく。今後影響が長期化し予想分配金を下回る場合は、総額191百万円を内部留保の活用を検討する。
