Oneリート投資法人が、第10期（2018年8月期）決算を発表した。 第10期は「新潟東堀通駐車場ビル」を売却。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働や、物件売却益172百万円が寄与するが、物件売却益が前期より減少したため、前期比13.2％減益。物件売却益のうち89百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は6,955円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは23物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は803億円、有利子負債比率は46.1％。 第11期（2019年2月期）は、投資口の追加発行を行い「東京パークサイドビル」等オフィスビル3物件を取得。これにより前期比17.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が26.7％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,900円となる見通し。 第12期（2019年8月期）は、既存物件のテナント退去や、固都税及び資産運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比3.6％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,650円となる見通し。
