Oneリート投資法人が、投資口の追加発行を行う。公募増資は2年ぶり。 発行口数は48,200口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は2,410口。これにより発行後の投資口数は26.7％増の239,908口となる予定。 調達額は約120億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、東京都江東区にある「東京パークサイドビル」と、大阪市西区にある「肥後橋センタービル」。2物件の取得額は計193.8億円。 これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は23％増の1,022億円となる。 併せて第11期（2019年2月期）業績予想を修正。上記2物件に加え、9月に取得したクレッシェンドビルの賃貸収益が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し31.7％増益を見込む。投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は6,900円と3.9％上回る見通し。 また第12期（2019年8月期）業績予想を発表。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、既存物件のテナント退去による減収、固都税及び資産運用報酬の増加により、前期比3.6％減益、1口当たり分配金は6,650円となる見通し。
