Oneリート投資法人が、新横浜のオフィスビルを取得、新潟の駐車場ビルを売却することを発表した。 取得する物件は、JR新横浜駅より徒歩5分に位置する、1987年竣工、9階建のオフィスビル。テナントは31社、稼働率は100％。取得額は24.66億円。 一方、売却する物件は、新潟市中央区に位置する、1993年竣工、10階建の駐車場ビル。売却額は6.2億円。簿価との差額は202百万円となり、売却益171百万円が発生する見込み。 これに伴い、第10期（2018年8月期）業績予想を修正。物件売却益が寄与し、4月に公表した業績予想に対し10.2％増益を見込む。但し、物件売却益のうち89百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は6,800円と3％増となる見通し。
