Oneリート投資法人が、第8期（平成29年8月期）決算を発表した。 第8期における物件取得はなし。固都税や資産運用報酬が増加するも、Jタワーのテナント入居に伴う増収が寄与し、前期比2.3％増益。投資口2分割に伴い、1口当たり分配金は5,948円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は893億円、有利子負債比率は51.0％。 第9期（平成30年2月期）は、「大博多ビル」等3物件を取得、「Jタワー」を売却し、物件の入替えを行う。Jタワーの売却益724百万円が寄与し、前期比41.1％増益を見込む。売却益のうち100万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は7,860円となる見通し。またJタワーの売却代金を借入金の期限前返済に充当することにより、有利子負債比率は45.9％へ低下する見込み。 第10期（平成30年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期予想比22.5％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,500円となる見通し。
