Oneリート投資法人が「Jタワー」を売却する。 物件は、東京都府中市にある、平成4年竣工のオフィスビル。ポートフォリオの27％を占める旗艦物件。上場当初より稼働率が安定しなかったが、リニューアル工事等により直近の稼働率は99.8％まで回復した。今後の不動産市況の見通しや、売却後の代替物件の確保等を勘案し、適切な時期と判断し売却を決定した。売却額は252.2億円。簿価との差額は928百万円となり、第9期（平成30年2月期）に売却益が発生する見込み。 代替物件は、優先交渉権を保有する物件を具体的に検討しており、売却代金の一部を取得資金に充当する見込み。 第9期業績予想は、代替物件の取得及びリファイナンスが決定後、併せて修正する予定。
