SIA不動産投資法人が、第7期（平成29年2月期）決算を発表した。 第7期は、投資口の追加発行を行い「グラスシティ元代々木」等3物件を取得。これにより前期比26.9％増益。投資口数が26％増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,626円と前期を0.7％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは22物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は893億円、有利子負債比率は51.3％。 第8期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税や資産運用報酬が増加するも、Jタワーのテナント入居が寄与し、前期比0.1％増益を見込む。投資口2分割により、1口当たり分配金は5,820円（分割前換算11,640円）となる見通し。 第9期（平成30年2月期）は、運用報酬の引下げを見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,090円（分割前換算12,180円）となる見通し。 なお、今後1年程度で資産規模1,000億円、2020年までに2,000億円を目指すために、スポンサーであるみずほ信託銀行及びみずほフィナンシャルグループとの連携強化を図る。また6月より投資法人の名称を「Oneリート投資法人」へ変更（5月開催予定の投資主総会の承認を前提）する予定。
