SIA不動産投資法人（SIA）が、投資口の追加発行を行う。SIAの公募増資は2013年10月上場来初めてとなる。 発行口数は18,900口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出口数は945口。これにより発行後の投資口数は26.4％増の94,945口となる予定。調達額は約80億円を見込み、併せて発表した物件の取得資金に充当する。 新たに取得する物件は、オフィスビル3棟。うち2棟は優先交渉権を行使する。3棟の取得額は計150億円。これによりポートフォリオ全体の規模は20％増の893億円となる。 これらに伴い、第6期（平成28年8月期）業績予想を修正。管理費等の減少を反映し、6月に修正した業績予想に対し1.4％増益、1口当たり分配金は10,900円となる見通し。 上記の投資口追加発行、3棟取得が反映される第7期（平成29年2月期）は、前回予想比28.5％増益を見込み、投資口数が増加するも、1口当たり分配金は11,000円と前回予想を1.7％上回る見通し。 第8期（平成29年8月期）は、固都税や資産運用報酬の増加により、前期予想比0.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,920円となる見通し。
