SIA不動産投資法人が、第6期（平成28年8月期）及び第7期（平成29年2月期）業績予想を修正した。ポートフォリオ全体の32.8％（取得価格ベース）を占める「Jタワー」の主要テナントが3月末に退去し、5月末の稼働率が82.3％に低下したが、新規テナントの入居が決定し、平成29年1月に99.1％まで回復する見込み。これに伴い、4月に公表した業績予想に対し、第6期は0.5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,750円となる見通し。第7期は5％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,820円となる見通し。
