SIA不動産投資法人（SIA）が、スポンサーグループであるシンプレクス不動産投資顧問が組成するブリッジファンドの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。ブリッジファンドの対象資産は、JR博多駅より徒歩6分に位置する、昭和50年竣工のオフィスビル。2月末のテナントは78社、稼働率は99.5％、鑑定価格は109億円。SIAは匿名組合出資と合わせて、平成30年3月を行使期限とする本物件の優先交渉権を取得する。
