3290 ONE REIT, Inc.

SIA不動産投資法人のスポンサーがみずほ信託銀行へ変更

SIA不動産投資法人のスポンサーであるシンプレクス・インベストメント・アドバイザーズが、投資法人の資産運用会社の全株式を、11月30日付でヒューリックに売却、その後12月15日にヒューリックがみずほ信託銀行の子会社に売却する。これによりSIA不動産投資法人の実質スポンサーが、米国不動産ファンドのエートス・キャピタル・リアルエステートからみずほ信託銀行に変更となる。併せてみずほ信託銀行は、SIA不動産投資法人の発行済投資口15％も取得する。みずほ信託銀行にとっては、過去に他のREITの資産運用会社に資本参加した事例はあるが、単独スポンサーとしてREITを運用するのは初めて。
