SIA不動産投資法人が、第4期（平成27年8月期）決算を発表した。第4期における物件取得はなし。Jタワー等の稼働率改善により賃貸収益が増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比3.1％減益、1口当たり分配金は11,822円となった。期末のポートフォリオは19棟、資産規模（取得額合計）は743億円、有利子負債比率は51.8％。第5期（平成28年2月期）は、スポンサーのブリッジファンドの匿名組合出資持分を取得。稼働率の改善により前期比0.9％増収を見込むが、減価償却費や金融費用の増加により前期比2.7％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,500円となる見通し。続く第6期（平成28年8月期）はJタワーの主要テナントであるKDDIの退去により、前期予想比7.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は10,600円となる見通し。
