SIA不動産投資法人（SIA）が、スポンサーであるシンプレクス・インベストメント・アドバイザーズ等が組成するブリッジファンドの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。ブリッジファンドの対象資産は、渋谷区元代々木にある平成4年竣工のオフィス。9月時点の鑑定価格は77億円。SIAの取得持分は匿名組合出資総額の約1.9％。併せて平成29年3月末を行使期限とする優先交渉権を取得する。
