SIA不動産投資法人が、第3期（平成27年2月期）決算を発表した。第3期は、新潟の商業施設を売却。これによる物件売却益58百万円を計上する一方、テナント退去による賃貸収益の減少や資産運用報酬の減額終了等により、前期比11.4％減益、1口当たり分配金は12,196円となった。期末のポートフォリオは19棟、資産規模（取得額計）は743億円、有利子負債比率は51.9％。第4期（平成27年8月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること等により、前期比9.8％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は11,000円となる見通し。続く第5期（平成28年2月期）1口当たり分配金も11,000円となる見通し。
