SIA不動産投資法人が第2期（平成26年8月期）決算を発表した。第2期より通常の6ヶ月の運用期間となる。業績予想に対し、賃貸収益の増加及び管理費の減少により予想比3.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は13,760円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は52％。第3期（平成27年2月期）は、新潟のオフィスビル「NEXT21」を売却。これによる売却益を計上する一方、資産運用報酬の減額終了等に伴い、前期比14.2％減益、1口当たり分配金は11,800円となる見通し。続く第4期（平成27年8月期）は前期比の物件売却益がなくなること等により前期予想比11％減益、1口当たり分配金は10,500円となる見通し。
