SIA不動産投資法人が第1期（平成26年2月期）決算を発表した。第1期の実質的な運用日数は資産を取得した平成25年10月10日から平成26年2月末までの142日間。上場時にオフィスビル及び商業施設の計20棟（取得額計747億円）にて運用を開始。上場時の予想に対し、上場費用や支払利息が想定を下回ったことから、上場時の予想比13%増益、1口当たり分配金は4,884円となった。期末の有利子負債比率は53.5%。第2期（平成26年8月期）より運用期間は6ヶ月間となる。6ヶ月通期稼働により、前期比173%増益、1口当たり分配金は13,331円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成27年2月期）は、資産運用報酬の増加等により、前期予想比15%減益、1口当たり分配金は11,300円となる見通し。なお、大口テナント退去に伴い、第1期のポートフォリオ稼働率が88.5%まで低下したが、第2期以降回復、第3期より収益へ反映する見込み。
