SIA不動産投資法人が、本日東証に上場した。初値はIPOの発行価格450千円を4.6%下回り、429千円となった。IPOによる調達額340億円及び借入金441億円により、10日にオフィスビル及び商業施設の計20棟（747億円）を取得して運用を開始する。第1期（平成26年2月期）の実質的な運用期間は10月10日からの142日間。当期純利益314百万円、1口当たり分配金は3,989円となる見通し。第2期（平成26年8月期）より6ヶ月の運用期間となる。当期利益1,011百万円、1口当たり分配金は12,835円となる見通し。
