アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、名古屋に保有する住宅2物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、名古屋市中区にある2007年竣工の「レジディア丸の内」と、東区にある2008年竣工の「レジディア白壁」。2物件の売却額は計22.9億円。売却先はアスコット。売却益は512百万円を見込む。 これに伴い第30期（2025年7月期）業績予想を修正。公表済の3物件の売却益と併せて計1,668百万円の売却益を反映し、3月に公表した業績予想に対し22.8％増益を見込む。売却益のうち1,239百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は3,155円と5％増となる見通し。
