アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、「東京・スチューデントハウス和光」を売却する。 売却する物件は、埼玉県和光市にある、1990年竣工、5階建の学生寮。合併前の旧・アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が2008年に取得した。築32年が経過し、今後の修繕や建替え又は売却を検討していたが、簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点から、スポンサーである伊藤忠都市開発に売却することを決定した。売却額は8億円。簿価との差額は1.84億円となり、売却益が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
