アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、「レジディア上池袋」を売却する。 売却する物件は、豊島区上池袋にある、2001年竣工、8階建の単身者向けマンション。合併前の日本レジデンシャル投資法人が2004年に取得した。売却額は8.6億円。簿価との差額は3.55億円となり、第25期（2023年1月期）に売却益が発生するが、一部を内部留保する予定。業績予想の修正はなし。
