アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、第17期（2019年1月期）決算を発表した。 第17期は「レジディア北二条イーストⅢ」を取得。新規物件及び既存物件の賃料上昇により賃貸収益が増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったため、前期比1.5％減益。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,422円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは264物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,481億円、有利子負債比率は49.9％。 第18期（2019年7月期）は、繁忙期に伴う礼金収入の増加等を見込む一方、仲介手数料の増加等により、前期比0.8％減益を想定する。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,379円となる見通し。 第19期（2020年1月期）は、非繁忙期により仲介手数料等の減少する一方、消費税増税による影響を考慮し、前期予想比0.6％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,349円となる見通し。 引き続き当面の目標である1口当たり分配金5,500円を目指す。
