アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、第16期（2018年7月期）決算を発表した。 第16期は「レジディア蒲田Ⅳ」等4物件を取得する一方、「ウインザーハウス広尾」等2物件を売却した。新規物件や繁忙期に伴う賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益135百万円が寄与し、前期比4.3％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,499円と前期を4％上回った。 期末のポートフォリオは263物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,476億円、有利子負債比率は49.9％。 第17期（2019年1月期）は「レジディア北二条イーストⅢ」を取得。前期の物件売却益がなくなることや非繁忙期に伴う減収により、前期比2.9％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,349円となる見通し。 また第18期（2019年7月期）1口当たり分配金も5,349円となる見通し。 分配金水準の目標を前期より一段引き上げ、今後1年～2年の間に1口当たり5,500円を目指す。
