アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、都内のレジデンス2物件の取得、1物件の売却を発表した。 取得する2物件は、大田区に位置する、平成25年及び平成26年竣工の単身者向けマンション。2物件の取得額は計55億円。ともにスポンサーである伊藤忠商事及び伊藤忠都市開発の開発物件。稼働率は95％及び98.8％。 一方、売却する物件は、港区南青山にある、平成13年竣工、総戸数13戸のマンション。1月末の稼働率が74.7％に低下し、収益力の低下及び含み損が懸念となっていた。売却額は7.1億円と簿価を上回る。 なお、本取得及び売却による業績予想への影響は確定次第開示される予定。
