アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、第14期（平成29年7月期）決算を発表した。 第14期は「レジディア亀戸」等3物件を取得。新規物件取得及び繁忙期に伴う礼金収入、平均稼働率97.0％の高稼働が寄与し、前期比4.3％増益。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,169円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは260物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,427億円、有利子負債比率は49.6％。 第15期（平成30年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、非繁忙期に伴う礼金収入の減少等により、前期比0.4％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,149円となる見通し。 第16期（平成30年7月期）は、繁忙期に伴い礼金収入が増加するが、賃貸事業費用の増加により、当期純利益は前期と同水準を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より366百万円を取崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,149円となる見通し。 なお、有利子負債比率は第15期末、第16期末ともに49.4％を見込む。
