アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が、第11期（平成28年1月期）決算を発表した。第11期は「レジディア代々木Ⅱ」と「レジディア栄」の2棟を取得。前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与する一方、固都税の増加によって、営業利益ベースでは前期比0.2％減益だが、支払利息の減少を受け当期純利益ベースでは0.1％増益、1口当たり分配金は4,578円となった。期末のポートフォリオは251物件、資産規模（取得価格合計）は4,258億円、有利子負債比率は51.4％。第12期（平成28年7月期）は「レジディア新御徒町Ⅱ」等都内のレジデンス4棟を取得。これにより前期比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,590円となる見通し。続く第13期（平成29年1月期）は、前期予想比0.2％増益を見込む。なお、平成27年度税制改正に対応し、第12期に内部留保335億円を一時差異等調整積立金へ振り替え、第13期以降毎期335百万円（50年均等額）以上を取り崩し分配する方針。これに伴い第13期は、一時差異等調整積立金より336百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,859円となる見通し。
