アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第10期（平成27年7月期）決算を発表した。第10期は「チェスターコート御茶ノ水」等レジデンス9棟を取得。稼働率上昇により賃貸収益が増加するが、前期の物件売却益がなくなることから、前期比9.8％減益、1口当たり分配金は4,572円となった。期末のポートフォリオ249棟、資産規模（取得額計）は4,241億円、有利子負債比率は51.6％。第11期（平成28年1月期）は「レジディア代々木Ⅱ」を取得予定。前期に取得した物件が通期寄与する一方、礼金や更新料の減少、固都税や原状回復費の増加等により、前期比0.9％減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,530円となる見通し。続く第12期（平成28年7月期）1口当たり分配金は4,540円となる見通し。
