アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第9期（平成27年1月期）決算を発表した。第9期は、25棟取得、6棟売却を行った。物件売却損185百万円が発生するも、賃貸収益の増加、物件売却益839百万円計上により、前期比12％増益。内部留保より77百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は5,130円と前期を11.7％上回った。期末のポートフォリオは240棟、資産規模（取得額計）は4,105億円、有利子負債比率は50.1％。第10期（平成27年7月期）は、レジデンス9棟を取得予定。これによる賃貸収益が寄与するも、前期の物件売却益がなくなるため、前期比10.5％減益を見込む。内部留保を活用せず1口当たり分配金は4,540円と前期を11.5％下回る見通し。続く第11期（平成28年1月期）1口当たり分配金は4,510円となる見通し。なお、第10期末及び第11期末の有利子負債比率は約51.8％となる見通し。
