アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第7期（平成26年1月期）決算を発表した。第7期は、レジデンス6棟（取得額計79億円）と匿名組合出資1件を取得。これによる賃貸収益の増加、また融資関連費用等金融費用の減少により、前期比3.5%増益、内部留保より247百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,615円となった。第8期（平成26年7月期）は期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス11棟（取得額計158億円）を取得。これによる賃貸収益が寄与し、前期比5.2%増益を見込む。投資口数が4.8%増加するが、内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。続く第9期（平成27年1月期）も内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。
