アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は58,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し2,000口。これにより発行後の投資口数は4.8%増の1,300,000口となる予定。調達額は約122億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス11棟の取得資金に充当する。取得する物件は、都内、名古屋、仙台、神戸、札幌のレジデンス計11棟、取得額計158億円。いずれも匿名組合出資により優先交渉権を行使したもの。これによりADRの資産規模は3.9%増の4,176億円となる。これらに伴い第8期（平成26年7月期）業績予想修正、第9期（平成27年1月期）業績予想を発表。第8期は、上記11棟取得が寄与し前回予想比9.1%増益、内部留保より90百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と前回予想と変わらない見通し。続く第9期（平成27年1月期）は、前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。
