アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第6期（平成25年7月期）決算を発表した。第6期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス13棟、サービス付高齢者住宅1棟、匿名組合出資持分2件を取得。これにより前期比13%増益、剰余金より408百万円を取り崩し、投資口数が12.7%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,597円と前期を2%上回った。第7期（平成26年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び支払利息の減少等により、0.8%増益、剰余金より247百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。続く第8期（平成26年7月期）1口当たり分配金も4,500円となる見通し。なお、増税を前提とした場合、第8期業績予想は1%減益となる見通し（分配金は変動なし）。
