アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）がサービス付高齢者住宅の開発及び介護事業を行う学研ココファンと業務提携することを発表した。これによりADRは学研ココファンが売却する物件情報を優先的に得ることができ、サービス付高齢者住宅の取得パイプラインを構築する。これに伴い、横浜市港北区にあるサービス付高齢者住宅を取得。物件は横浜市営地下鉄日吉本町駅より徒歩8分、総戸数85戸、4月末の稼働率は100%。ADRは運営者である学研ココファンと賃料保証型マスターリースを締結する予定。
