アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第5期（平成25年1月期）決算を発表した。第5期は、匿名組合出資持分を2件取得。稼働率が低下し前期比0.2%減収となるも、金融費用の減少により1.5%増益。剰余金より274百万円を活用し、1口当たり分配金は4,505円となった。第6期（平成25年7月期）は、期初に投資口追加発行を行い、レジデンス12棟を取得。これにより前期比10%増益を見込む。剰余金より408百万円を活用して増資に伴う1口利益の減少を回避し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。続く第7期（平成26年1月期）は前期予想比1.9%増益、剰余金より309百万円を活用し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。
