アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）が投資口の追加発行を行う。発行口数は135,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出し5,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12.7%増の1,240,000口となる見込み。調達資金は221億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス12棟の取得資金に充当する。12棟の取得額は計216億円。これによりADRの資産規模は取得価格ベースで約6%増の3,896億円になるとともに、有利子負債比率は53.7%から50.9%へ低下する見込み。これらに伴い第6期（平成25年7月期）業績予想修正及び第7期（平成26年1月期）業績予想を発表した。第6期は上記12棟取得により、従来予想比9.3%増益。投資口数が増加するも内部留保より470百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と従来予想を同額を見込む。続く第7期は、第6期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し前期予想比3%増益。内部留保より309百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。
