アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）がレジデンス5棟を運用するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。5棟の鑑定価格は計7,630百万円。ADRの匿名組合出資持分比率は約10%。取得額222百万円。これに伴い5棟の優先交渉権を取得。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成26年8月、価格条件は7,115百万円とする。
