アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）がレジデンス6棟を運用するSPCの匿名組合出資持分を取得する。レジデンス6棟の鑑定価格は計93億円。ADRは匿名組合出資持分の10%を取得。これに伴い、6棟の取得に関わる優先交渉権を取得。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成26年5月。また、投資顧問や証券業を行うスパークス・グループと私募ファンドへの出資について基本合意を締結。上記SPCへの出資も併せ、今後同社が設定する私募ファンドへ継続的に出資することで、新たな取得パイプラインを構築する構え。
