アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第4期（平成24年7月期）決算を発表した。第4期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行い、レジデンス17棟を取得。これにより前期比15%増益、剰余金より585百万円を取り崩し分配金総額5,196百万円。投資口数が12%増加するも、1口当たり分配金は4,724円と前期を5%上回った。第5期（平成25年1月期）は、前期に取得した物件の通期稼働及び支払利息の減少を見込み、前期比1.4%増益。剰余金より274百万円を取り崩し、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。続く第6期（平成25年7月期）1口当たり分配金も4,500円となる見通し。
