アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）が、匿名組合出資持分を取得する。匿名組合出資の裏付資産は、大阪・東京・札幌にあるレジデンス3棟。3棟の鑑定価格は計3,837百万円。ADRは匿名組合出資持分の24%を取得する。併せて3棟取得の優先交渉権を取得。優先交渉権の行使期限は平成26年6月、取得価格条件は3,593百万円以上。
