アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）が第4期（平成24年7月期）業績予想を修正した。ADRは新分配金戦略として、運用状況により実績が予想を上振れした場合、業績に応じた増配を検討することを公表している。これに伴い第4期は、4月に取得した2棟の収益、既存物件の収益増加等により、従来予想比4.6%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は4,682円となる見通し。
