アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が投資口の追加発行を発表した。発行口数は110,000口、オーバーアロットメントによる売出10,000口。これにより発行後の総投資口数は12%増の1,100,000口となる見込み。調達資金は158億円を見込み、併せて発表したレジデンス15棟の取得資金に充当する。15棟の取得価格は計234億円。これによりポートフォリオは全188棟、資産規模は6.7%増の3,652億円、第4期末の有利子負債比率は53%となる見込み。これらに伴い第4期（平成24年7月期）業績予想を修正。上記15棟取得により従来予想比10%増益、剰余金より594百万円を取り崩し分配金総額は4,950百万円、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と従来予想に変動なし。続く第5期（平成25年1月期）は、前期予想比2.6%増益、剰余金より479百万円を取り崩し分配金総額は4,950百万円、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と前期予想と変動なし。なお、運用状況により実績が予想を上振れした場合、業績に応じた増配も検討する方針。
