アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人（ADR）がレジデンス4棟を対象不動産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。対象不動産は京都、名古屋、札幌に位置する賃貸マンション。鑑定価格は4,753百万円。ADRは匿名組合出資持分の25%を275百万円で取得する。またこれに伴い、行使期限を平成25年8月、価格条件を4,556百万円以上とする対象不動産の優先交渉権も取得する。
