アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が保有物件16棟を売却する。16棟の売却額は計132億円、簿価との差額は計-23億円となり、売却損26億円(うち減損損失6.6億円)が発生する。売却代金はうち85億円を借入金期限前返済へ充当、残額46億円は新規物件の取得資金とする見込み。これに伴い第2期(平成23年7月期)業績予想を修正。保有物件の稼働率上昇により従来予想比0.8%増収となるが、上記売却損及び減損損失により60%減益、剰余金のうち2,994百万円を取り崩し、分配金総額4,410百万円、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と従来予想に変動なし。
