アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人が第1期（平成23年1月期）決算を発表した。第1期の運用期間は平成22年3月～平成23年1月迄の11ヶ月間。旧アドバンス・レジデンス投資法人と日本レジデンシャル投資法人の新設合併により、平成22年3月2日に上場。その後6月に公募増資を実施、期末の保有物件は176棟、資産規模は3,382億円となった。負ののれん43,281百万円を計上し、当期利益は46,738百万円。分配原資は負ののれんより4,627百万円を充当し8,085百万円、1口当たり分配金は8,250円となった。第2期（平成23年7月期）運用期間は6ヶ月間。7棟取得及び1棟売却により当期利益3,614百万円、分配原資は負ののれんに伴う剰余金より796百万円を取り崩し4,410百万円、1口当たり分配金は4,500円となる見通し。続く第3期（平成24年1月期）1口当たり分配金も4,500円となる見通し。
