森ヒルズリート投資法人が、第35期(2024年1月期)業績予想を修正した。 修繕費の増加等により、2023年9月に公表した業績予想に対し1.6%減益を見込む。一方9月公表時点では、買換特例を適用してラフォーレ原宿(底地)の売却益の一部を内部留保する予定であったが、第35期中に買換資産の取得が決定せず、課税特例の適用とならないため、売却益を内部留保せず全額分配する。これにより1口当たり分配金は3,260円と6.5%増となる見通し。
