森ヒルズリート投資法人が、虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワーの持分を8月に追加取得することを発表した。取得額は78.7億円。スポンサーである森ビルと固定賃料のマスターリース契約を締結。これにより本物件における専有面積持分割合は10.8％となる。 併せて、保有物件である六本木ヒルズ森タワーの一部（23～24F）における森ビルとの固定賃料マスターリース契約を、2021年8月より賃料を13.4％減額して5年間更新することを発表。 これらに伴い、第31期（2022年1月期）業績予想を発表。虎ノ門ヒルズ森タワーの追加取得が収益に寄与する一方、六本木ヒルズ森タワーの賃料減額や賃貸事業費用の増加により、当期利益は前期予想と同水準を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,910円となる見通し。
