森ヒルズリート投資法人が、第26期（2019年7月期）決算を発表した。 第26期における物件取得はなし。固都税や修繕費が増加するが、既存物件の増収や、融資手数料及び投資口発行費用の減少により、前期比1.0％増益、1口当たり分配金（利益超過分配金含む）は2,850円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは11物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は3,906億円、有利子負債比率は45.7％。 第27期（2020年1月期）は、前期比0.4％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,860円となる見通し。 続く第28期（2020年7月期）は、前期予想比0.3％増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は2,870円となる見通し。
